Hannah’s Teaching Philosophy

Dr. Hannah’s philosophy of teaching evolved from her experience in education and many years of facilitating government leaders. Her goal is to bridge the gap between the halls of higher learning, the marketplace and the Kingdom of God, to demonstrate and produce positive results for a purpose filled life.

To that end, she founded Applied Faith Ministries International, a nonprofit spiritually based, educational organization, to globally reach and teach secular and spiritual leaders. She’s making it her life’s work to promote and instruct courses in Leadership, Collaboration, Diversity, Strategic Thinking for Life, Planning for Results, Emotional Intelligence and a host of other courses.

The Process

  • To provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning, Dr. Hannah ascribes to Abraham Maslow’s Theory of Hierarchal needs, stressing the value of continued self-improvement, self-investment, and leading by example for Results-Based living. Hannah's focus, like Maslow’s Theory, encompasses the holistic healthy person; creative persons who use all their potential, talent and capabilities.
  • To inspire students to apply learning, she teaches them the importance of speaking life producing words and applying appropriate actions to support their words and faith.
